I was admiring the beauty of this film shot (though I can’t tell whether it’s genuine or digitally manipulated) when I noticed the watermark on the bottom left corner. I absolutely despise photographers who ruin good shots with a watermark or otherwise digitally produced “signature”. As syntheticpubes points out, good photographers can let their shots take care of themselves if their style is distinct and can only be attributed to that particular person’s camera eye.
This only reaffirms my conclusion that 97% of the work on Deviant Art is garbage.
